A plumbing company built on three promises

Clear pricing. You see the price before we start, in writing. No overtime surprises at the end.

Clean work. Shoe covers, drop cloths and a cleanup before we leave.

Clear communication. We show up when we say, text when we're on the way, and show you what we found.

Locally owned

Clear Plumbing is owned and run by Jared Anderson, a licensed plumber based in Gilbert. It's not a franchise or a call center: when you call, you talk to Jared, and Jared does the work. Customers mention the same things again and again: he shows up on time, explains the problem and your options, doesn't upsell, and leaves the place clean.

Licensed and bonded

Clear Plumbing LLC holds Arizona Registrar of Contractors license ROC #365570 (CR-37 Plumbing) and is bonded. You can verify any Arizona contractor's license at roc.az.gov.

He handled a complicated replacement of two toilets and two shut off valves at our 1970's house. The guy is great. He is personable, reliable, knowledgeable, skillful, diligent, conscientious, honest, and reasonably priced.

Jared went above and beyond to get everything fixed. He had the necessary parts on hand and completed the repair in about 45 minutes. He was honest, straightforward, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process.
