Why softeners matter here
Water across the Phoenix metro is very hard. That hardness is calcium and magnesium, and it ends up as scale: inside your water heater, on shower glass, in faucet aerators, dishwashers and ice makers. A softener removes those minerals before they reach your fixtures, so everything downstream lasts longer and cleans easier.
What we do
- Test your water and explain the hardness reading in plain English
- Install a softener sized to your household and your water, on an existing softener loop or with a new loop plumbed in
- Add a bypass so you can still get unsoftened water at the hose bibs for landscaping
- Service and repair existing softeners: control valves, resin, brine tank issues and leaks
- Pair with reverse osmosis at the kitchen sink for great-tasting drinking water
Softener or conditioner?
Salt-based softeners remove hardness. Salt-free conditioners change how minerals behave so they scale less, with no salt or brine discharge. We'll explain the trade-offs and let you choose.
