Signs of a hidden leak
Most homes in the East Valley are built on concrete slabs, with water lines running under or through them. When one of those lines leaks, you often won't see water. You'll see the effects:
- A water bill that jumps for no reason
- A warm or damp spot on the floor (a hot-water line leak)
- The sound of running water when everything is off
- Your water meter's leak indicator spinning with every tap closed
- Cracks in flooring, or mold and mildew smells
How we find it
We pressure-test your lines to confirm a leak, then pinpoint it with acoustic listening equipment and thermal imaging. That means we open the smallest possible area, in the right place, the first time.
Repair options
- Spot repair: open the slab at the leak, repair the line and patch
- Reroute: abandon the leaking line and run a new one through the walls or attic, often less disruptive than breaking concrete
- Repipe: if your copper is failing in several places, a whole-home repipe ends the cycle
We explain each option and its price before anything is opened.
