Signs you need us

When to call.

  • Repeated pinhole leaks

More than one leak in a few years.

  • Discolored water

    Rust or blue-green staining.

  • Low water pressure

Throughout the house, not one fixture.

  • Older galvanized pipe

Common in homes from the 1970s and earlier.

When repiping makes sense

One leak is a repair. A second or third pinhole leak in your copper usually means the rest of the pipe is wearing the same way. Repiping replaces the water supply lines throughout your home so you stop paying for leak after leak and the water damage that comes with them.

Why PEX

  • Flexible, so fewer fittings and fewer places to leak
  • Resists scale and doesn't pinhole like aging copper
  • Quieter, with less water hammer
  • Faster to install, with smaller wall openings

What to expect

  1. Plan: we map your fixtures and quote the whole job upfront
  2. Protect: floors and furniture covered, work areas contained
  3. Repipe: new lines run through walls and attic, usually in two to four days, with water restored each evening wherever possible
  4. Inspect: pressure-tested and permitted where required
  5. Patch: drywall openings closed and ready for paint

We'll tell you exactly how many openings to expect and where before we start.
