Plumbing in Scottsdale
Scottsdale stretches a long way north to south, and so does the age of its homes:
- South Scottsdale homes from the 1950s through the 1970s often have aging galvanized supply lines and cast-iron drains. A PEX repipe and drain repair are the usual fixes.
- Established neighborhoods like McCormick Ranch are due for water heater replacements and are seeing slab leaks as their copper lines age.
- Newer homes in North Scottsdale get tankless water heaters, softeners and bathroom remodel plumbing.
